Membership

If you have not yet renewed your membership in the club or would like to become a member, please complete the form below. It will send your information to the Membership Membership Chair and the Club Treasurer. Follow the instructions to mail your membership dues to the treasurer at the SPC post office box, or bring to the next meeting. Also, please fill out the section indicating areas in which you are willing to serve the club. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
