The copyrights for all photographs appearing on this website are owned by the attributed photographers. No images may be downloaded except by normal viewing processes. No images may be copied, transmitted, published, stored, reproduced, altered, or manipulated in any way without written permission of the photographer.

   

It is a violation of Title 17, United States Code, to copy, modify, enhance or reproduce these images without the express consent of the photographer. No images are within the Public Domain. Use of any image as the basis for artwork, illustration, or another photographic concept is a violation of copyright and prohibited. Any and all violations will be vigorously pursued in the Federal Courts of the United States, with applicable criminal and civil penalties administered. All text appearing on this website is copyright by the Sandhills Photography Club (SPC) and the respective authors and contributors. The website design, structure, and navigation is copyright by Sandhills Photography Club.

MEMBER'S AGREEMENT

Uploading of images by members of the Sandhills Photography Club are subject to the following:

• Member certifies the work as his/her own.

• By uploading to the club’s website/websites, the member permits the SPC to reproduce the images free of charge for publication and/or display in media for advancement of the club’s objectives as outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws (see below). This will not include providing images to a third party either gratis or for a fee.

• This includes use on the club’s website and the club will right click protect the images. The club cannot offer any other guarantees against copying of images displayed on the internet.

• The SPC assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.

• Upon any copyright complaint, the SPC will remove any disputed image from the club’s website/websites until the member can settle the dispute.

The objectives of the Club Shall be to provide a vehicle for improving members: photographic skills and technical knowledge, and for exchange of information, and by club activity, to develop membership potential and public interest in the art of photography.

TERMS OF USE
